Hurrah the weekend is here. I have been so naughty and neglectful. But with good cause... I have been stitching and finished my Home of the Needleworker. Here it is. I was having a passing thought of framing it but I have decided to stitch with my original plan and cover my footstool with it. I think its going to look great.

This week was just wonderful. I belong to a wonderful email Yahoo Group called Wiehenburg Sampler and we have been playing a great bingo game and I WON!! I was thrilled to be the winner. I won a wonderful new chart from Martina Weber. I am so excited, I also got an invite to be in her next Mystery Sampler. I am anxious for that since I have always wanted to do one and never did. This design is suggested to be done in blue, but I am thinking of doing it in black. I thought about red but I did recently finish Mouline Rouge in red so maybe black would look real cool too. Any suggestions anyone??

MOULINE ROUGE FRAMED

She is back from the framer and looking fantastic. I am so pleased with it. I had them frame it right to the edge. I just love how it came out. The second picture is a close up of the frame. I wanted everyone to see the beading along the frame which really gives it pizzazz.

This has been a busy week. My grandson returned to school and I have been babysitting my granddaughter. I look after them both for my daughter and husband.
Last weekend my oldest daughter Jaime came up to visit me from Virginia. We had the greatest time. It was so good to see her. We did a lot of yakking, laughing, eating, and shopping.

I finished my Little House Needleworks Moon and Stars, and even managed to put a few more pumpkins on my Prairie Schooler Halloween design. Forgot what its called but it has the black witch in the center. I am pretty sure I will have it all finished in time for Halloween. I would like to start something new this weekend and work on my UFO's, thus creating another UFO. I also ordered a new design from Tanya (Samplergirl) called Miranda Mermaid. I should be getting it very soon. Can't wait to see it up close. Will take a picture to share.

Well time to head to school to pick up Tyler.
