I have been working on this UFO but took the time to start Home of the Needleworker by Little House Needleworks. I absolutely love this design. I used Fiddlers lite 14ct for it and its coming out really nice. I have not used aida in years but I plan on covering a foot stool with this design so I thought this aida would hold up much better. I hope so. Its a nice heavy piece so I kind of thought it would be nicer on a stool then an expensive piece of linen. Am I being cheap?? LOL Its been so long since I worked on aida. I find myself poking and jabbing so much. The UFO which is a Prairie Schooler design is just so cute. I just love that witch. The pumpkins are deceiving. They look like a pretty quick stitch but they are not. Each one seems to be taking me forever. I love it though.

Hey Sharon! Love the "Ho Need". I want to start this like yesterday. Like your witchypoo too. Plan to start her oh, maybe today. This "Ho Need"s to not start one more new project!

LOL LOL too funny!!
Start it and we can work along together on it. What do you think about me doing it on aida?

I don't think it will take too long. It looks quicker then the witch.

Hey, maybe I need to join you guys in a hastily-thrown-together SAL for this. Though, I have to agree with Melissa... I'm another Ho who doesn't need to start another project!! ROFLOL Great starts, Sharon! Go with the aida--I bet it'll be easier to wash, too.

Sharon-I'll check my fabric stash and see if I have anything workable for "Ho Need" LOL I think the aida's fine but fiddler's lite is my go to fabric when I don't have anything else to stitch on. Since all my linen seems to be stiff, aida doesn't feel any different or gross to me. I love that you are covering a stool with this design. Very cool! And you're right the aida will be more sturdy for that.

I love that PS Halloween design! Everytime I stitch something by PS I think it'll be an easy quick stitch. I'm almost always wrong!
