Hey friends,
Hope all is well with everyone! I am sorry I have been so neglectful of my little blog here. Back to school(work)and I have been just so tired, the first week was exhausting. I never was so happy to see a Saturday roll around. It was a good Saturday too. I got to catch up on lots of mail and also some stitching.
I have a finish... this is Little Houses "Liberty and Justice", part of their "All Dolled Up" series. I just love this design. I stitched it on what was called for Lambswool 28ct. After I finished it I started it again to make the little tin necklace design that was included with the chart. This is on 28 ct over one, so tiny, you can see how small it is in the picture. I think its adorable. I hope that tomorrow I can finish her.

Good mail came today too Ida Mae Crow, she is such a cutie. I am on a crow, raven, blackbird kick and she is perfect. The fabric I am going to stitch her on is 32ct Relic.

I am so happy that Autumn is on its way. Leaves are starting to fall around here already. This is the best time of year. Love the feel of the air, the smells, the food. Just have to make me something with pumpkin. Maybe Pumpkin bread or muffins or cookies. Or all of the above. Soon it will be apple and pumpkin picking time. I have so many projects for autumn and I want so much to just tell everyone about them but some are for gifties, for a couple friends who read my blog. So I have to keep my trap shut tight!! but will share pics soon I promise.
I finally restarted my CHS Village. Have you seen the previews of Christmas at Hawk Run Hollow? I got to see it in person and its lovely, the pictures being showed lovely as they are don't do this gorgeous piece justice. I think it will be my favorite of the series, unless of course the rumors of an Autumn Hawk Run Hollow are true.

Good night, all, I will be back soon xoxo

Well look at you, Sharon! :) New blog look and some beautiful stitching to boot. I love your LHN finish--it is so cute. Over one--you rock! I can't wait to see it when it's done. You're off to a great restart on your Village!

Love that Ida Mae Crow, it will go so nicely with your Eldreth Pottery and, of course, you'll have to add more to your collection next time we're together. ;) You know, to keep up with the raven/blackbird/pottery thing!!

Your LHN finish is adorable and the over one stitching is terrific. I just love the look of over one but can only take it in small doses. Looking forward to seeing your pin. Ida Mae is such a cute pattern and will look great on that fabric. Congrats on starting HRH again. Exactly what I need to do one of these days.

Michigan has wonderful apple orchards and that's always such a fun, fall event!

Good job Sharon. Love seeing your stitching!! You go girl. HRH is such a challenge. I haven't stitched any of them. Two of my dear friends have stitched the first two over 1 and are working on HRH shores. They'll both order the Christmas one for sure!! Have a great weekend and enjoy the coming season. HUGS

Lovely finish! That over one tin necklace is going to be darling! I do love Christmas at HRH -- am so psyched! And the Autumn at HRH -- can you imagine? It was Kathy herself who said that was going to be the next one, wasn't it? I sure hope she waits a while on that one though. Give us time to stitch Christmas first! :D

Back to school is so difficult and stressful. We're all in the same boat. Good luck getting used to the new year.

Your new finish is very cute, and the tiny one will be adorable.

Love your finish, Sharon! You are braver than I doing it again over one.
I know well how tired you get during that first week of school.

I just love your finish, especially on the smaller count fabric! Can't wait to see your pin finished. That fabric you picked out for Ida looks wonderful. That is such a cute design.

Fall is really a wonderful time of the year. More stitching time, cool air, things made out of pumpkin, football games, soups, etc. I always love the produce that comes in this time of year like the peaches, apples and squash.

And I was going to try not to even go hear Christmas, but I think it's a great design!!

Nice finish Sharon. I can't imagine working on something that small!

To be honest, I wasn't that impressed with Christmas at HRH :o( I would love to see an autumn one though! I still love the Shores.
