Well we got lots of snow around here and wow is it cold out. Its not unusual for us to get a little bitty snow in October once in a great while. But this was lots more then we expected. Its the great snowman snowball making snow too. Very heavy. Lots of people in our town are without power, I hope they can repair it soon. We were very lucky, thank God!!
Here is my Victoria with her snowman in front of our home.
A nice pot of hot creamy corn chowder is one nice way to warm them cold bones.
Keep warm and everyone!!

Hard to believe it's this early! Yummy soup, too.
Amazing! Yummm...
I saw pics on the morning news showing the massive amount of snow the East coast received. I'm glad you still have your power.
Looks like the early snow was embraced by Tori!Love her snowman. The soup looks tasty!
October is definitely a bit early. But fortunately you haven't lost power.
I wish I were there! It's still in the 80's hot and humid, made worse by rain! LOL...snow is the perfect excuse to stay in and stitch!
Wow! I can't believe how much snow you got!! Love the Halloween package (and finish) that you put together for your son--it is too cute!
I think youve made some truly interesting points. Not too many people would actually think about this the way you just did. Im really impressed that theres so much about this subject thats been uncovered and you did it so well, with so much class. Good one you, man! Really great stuff here.
Rare early snowstorm brings heavy, wet snow to the East knocking out power, delaying flights, and setting records.
That's an early snow, that soup will really help to reduce cold.
